Set the priority and hit Submit.

You’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket number.

Use the subject line to summarise the issue.

In the body, explain what’s happening and include any screenshots or error messages.

A ticket will be created automatically, and you’ll get a confirmation email with your number.
Tip: Reply within the same email or ticket thread to keep everything together.
