If the platform feels slow or starts freezing, don’t worry – there are a couple of quick things you can try first. Refreshing the page or app, or checking your internet connection, often clears things up right away.
If the issue continues, please raise a helpdesk ticket so our support team can investigate and resolve it for you as quickly as possible. For urgent issues where you need immediate assistance, you can also reach out directly to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM).
